60 spark plug wire supports both sides?

They are on both sides. I went out & checked to be sure before replying. On 
the passenger side, the 2 brackets sit close together midway along the valve 
cover. On the drivers side, 1 is midway while the other is way to the front. 
There should also be 2 clips to hold the hood release cable on the drivers 
side.
