That's an incredibly rare and scarce car. I am
meeting a '48 next week to deliver a spare straight 8
to it prior to its departure to europe and its new
owner.
These are interesting and somewhat forgotten. Won't
you please take plenty of photos before, during, and
after? We would be VERY interested in getting them,
the car's story, and any supporting literature that
you may come across posted on the club website.
As you can see, 1947 is pretty light right now, and
we've had a tough time finding info on these rare
birds. Do share! A page of it's own is here for the
asking!
