WARNING : desert valley auto parts

I don t understand
I buy stuff from other businesses in the US , have been doing it for years ,
and it is the first time this problem occurs. Vynil for interiors arrive
safe and sound and at the correct adres, exhaust manifolds are as described
and arrive at the expected time, chrome parts arrive unscratched and not
rusted. Of all the people I dealt with in the US ONLY Desert Valley Auto
parts was rude , arrogant, late, lost me ( supposedly) in the computer and
frankly could not care less.
They don t even warn of impending doom, cost and quality wise.
Shipping a part up here, 3.5hour drive from Burlington, VT, 3h drive from
Plattsburgh, NY should be and IS easy for anybody in the business of
selling parts and....shipping them.
But maybe I miss something.
