Lead Additive

My 63 came out of San Jose back in the late eighties where I beleive leaded
was not available years before that . The car is in England where unleaded
is the norm , anything else being hard to get . My car has Castrols lead
replacement additive added most times to the fuel and I run the car up to
and over a 100mph frequently on the highway , car runs fine and I have
covered well over 35,000 like this over 15 years , engine NEVER "pinks".
Last engine rebuild back in the seventies in San Jose .
